Families in the Forest

Connect with one another, Nature, and the goats! Leave feeling grounded and energized. Join us for a morning to disconnect with the fast pace of everyday life. This visit to the farm is part of our Living Classroom experience that addresses Nature Deficit Disorder. It provides families with time, space, and creative tools needed to disconnect from the high-stress, fast-paced norms of modern family culture. Listen to the birds, hug a goat, and most importantly reset yourself! This 100% outdoors event is intended for adult caregivers and children. Adults must accompany children during the event. This event includes engagement with the goats at Gorgeous Goat Creamery.

Register here. This event is supported in part by a grant from the NJ Department of Tourism and the NJ Department of Agriculture.
