Autumn Retreat: A Morning in Nature

What if the best medicine for the mind and heart is found on a local lavender and alpaca farm? Join our Farm Wellness team for a specialized Autumn Equinox gathering, intentionally created to connect with old and new friends and share meaningful moments together. You will be guided through soothing outdoor soundscapes, hands-on natural art, and gentle movement tailored for balance and brain health. We will open and close with a warm seasonal tea circle, and conclude by sharing treats with the alpacas, building our resilience together in nature.

This program is open to individuals 55+yrs of age, and is in partnership with The Center for Modern Aging Princeton.

Families in the Forest

Connect with one another, Nature, and the goats! Leave feeling grounded and energized. Join us for a morning to disconnect with the fast pace of everyday life. This visit to the farm is part of our Living Classroom experience that addresses Nature Deficit Disorder. It provides families with time, space, and creative tools needed to disconnect from the high-stress, fast-paced norms of modern family culture. Listen to the birds, hug a goat, and most importantly reset yourself! This 100% outdoors event is intended for adult caregivers and children. Adults must accompany children during the event. This event includes engagement with the goats at Gorgeous Goat Creamery.
