Join us for our version of a family-friendly forest bathing experience, led by SHINEs Certified Forest Bathing Guide as well as a Licensed Family Therapist. Our goal is to provide your family space (and a place) to slow down from everyday culture, and align with Nature’s pace. Together, we will wander through a small organic farm, explore the forest trail, engage in child-centered mindfulness and stretching, and awaken your excitement for life through an appreciation for the land around us. All ages event, but advanced registration is required. Space is limited.

This event is running in conjunction with Hopewell Valley Come Outside and Play!
